All payments for services rendered by Jacobs Tech Lab LLC are subject to the following terms:
Payment is required according to the schedule provided in your project proposal or invoice.
Deposit payments must be made prior to project commencement. Remaining balances are due upon milestone completion or project delivery.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. All payments must be in USD unless otherwise specified.
Late payments may incur additional fees, as outlined in your invoice or agreement.
Invoices are considered final upon delivery unless discrepancies are reported within 5 business days.
Refunds for payments made are subject to the Refund Policy outlined above.
Clients are responsible for any third-party fees associated with payment processing or currency conversion.
Jacobs Tech Lab LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations are not met.
By making a payment, you agree to these Payment Terms and acknowledge your responsibility to pay the full amount due according to the agreed schedule.
