Refund & Money-Back Policy

  • If initial design concepts are delivered or revisions are requested, any deposit payments will not be refundable unless Jacobs Tech Lab LLC cancels or terminates the Agreement for reasons unrelated to client performance or agreement violations.

  • Refund requests will be evaluated based on our internal procedures and project timeline.

  • Once the initial design concepts are accepted or revised, refund requests for those concepts will no longer be considered.

  • If a refund is requested before delivery of initial design concepts, a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee may be eligible.

  • Refund requests within 48 hours may be eligible for 66% of the payment (minus 10% service fee).

  • Refund requests between 48 and 120 hours after delivery may be eligible for 33% of the payment (minus 10% service fee).

  • No refunds will be provided after 120 hours; however, clients are encouraged to contact us with any concerns.

  • If no action is taken on the order for 30 days, refund eligibility expires. Reactivation of the order may incur additional charges depending on the project scope.

  • After final files are delivered, no refund requests will be considered.

  • Website development packages are non-refundable once development is complete and the site is live.

  • Video animation packages are non-refundable once the storyboard is finalized.

  • All refund requests must be submitted to customer support. Approval is at the discretion of Jacobs Tech Lab LLC, evaluated case-by-case.

  • Refunds for combined or custom packages follow the same rules as individual products.

  • A refund request must have a valid reason aligned with the design brief. Refunds are not provided if the design was delivered according to the brief.

  • Fraudulent requests (e.g., ordering the same design from multiple agencies for refunds) will not be honored.

  • Customer input is required to complete any design task. Refunds will not apply if collaboration was insufficient.

  • If a delivered design is found to closely resemble another existing design, a re-draw will be provided instead of a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed following our revision procedure, and design rights will remain with Jacobs Tech Lab LLC after a refund is issued.

My Account

The My Account section is your primary communication portal. Clients are responsible for monitoring this area for updates, requests, or messages from designers. Refunds may not be granted if My Account is not regularly checked.

Quality Assurance

All designs are created according to client specifications. Designers work to meet agreed-upon requirements and client satisfaction standards.

Customer Satisfaction

Designs will be revised within the project scope until client satisfaction is achieved, according to the selected package.

Domain & Hosting

Where included, website packages may provide domain registration and hosting. All related email accounts are set up on third-party platforms with standard storage limits. Hosting, domain, and email server packages are non-refundable if provided.

Delivery Policy

All design files are delivered to My Account on the "Order Confirmation" date. Delivery dates are used to determine eligibility for revisions and refunds.

Record Keeping

Final design files are archived by Jacobs Tech Lab LLC. Clients may request duplicates of final files for personal use.

Communication Policy

Jacobs Tech Lab LLC is not responsible for communications received from email addresses or phone numbers not listed on the official website. Only messages sent to official company email addresses or toll-free numbers will be processed.

Accuracy of Information

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services. Jacobs Tech Lab LLC reserves the right to reject or suspend access if provided information is inaccurate or incomplete.

As a PCI DSS certified company, we may securely store client credit card information for future transactions.

Third-Party Integration

Jacobs Tech Lab LLC may assist with integration of third-party plugins or APIs. Any additional third-party work outside the standard scope requires separate pricing agreements.
