Jacobs Tech Lab LLC is committed to delivering professional services and high-quality work. Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified for your package or project type.
Refund eligibility is determined based on the delivery of initial concepts, project progress, and client collaboration.
If initial design concepts are not delivered, a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee may be issued.
Requests within 48 hours of initial delivery may be eligible for a partial refund (66% of payment minus 10% service fee).
Requests between 48 and 120 hours may be eligible for 33% of the payment minus 10% service fee.
No refunds are provided after 120 hours or after final files are delivered.
Website packages are non-refundable once development is complete and the website is live.
Video or animation packages are non-refundable once storyboard or initial animation drafts are approved.
All refund requests must be submitted to customer support via phone, chat, or email. Approval is at the discretion of Jacobs Tech Lab LLC.
Fraudulent or duplicate orders placed with multiple agencies to claim refunds will not be honored.
